1. Install the Basemental Drugs AND Basemental Gangs Mod
Before you can become a gang member, you need to have the main Basemental Drug mod installed in your game as well as the separate add-on mod called Basemental Drugs. In order to access the gang system and features BOTH mods must be installed properly. You can download both of the mods from the creator's website or from a trusted modding website.

2. Find a gang
Once you have the mod installed, you can find gangs in certain areas of your neighborhood. Look for groups of Sims wearing similar clothing and hanging out together. Click on one of the gang members to bring up the "Join Gang" interaction.
3. Join the gang
Click on the "Join Gang" interaction to express your interest in joining the gang. The gang leader will ask you to prove yourself by completing a task or activity, such as stealing a certain item or getting into a fight with a rival gang member.
4. Complete the task
Once you've agreed to the gang leader's challenge, complete the task or activity they've assigned to you. This will show the gang that you have what it takes to be a member.
5. Become a gang member
Once you've completed the task, the gang leader will officially make you a member of the gang. You can now participate in gang activities, sell drugs, and advance your rank within the gang.
