Explore San Sequoia


Panning over the beautiful world of San Sequoia, there are many things to explore in  3 different neighborhoods! Walk down one of the many trails, explore the pond, the lake, or the peer. Meet the gator that lives in the water or got the movie theater before stopping at the Recreation Center!

Milestones - ACROSS ALL AGE GROUPS





You are able to look back on your sims life and see all the things your sim has done and accomplish. You can visit the milestone tab and see your sims entire life's story and their history and you click on the different milestones your sims has been through. 


Updated Newborns (BASE GAME)




The Sims guru's have heard our prayers and have given us UPDATED newborns! They will now be born with skin tones according to their parent's genetics meaning that there's more than 3 skin tones now! Newborns now have a bit of personality when being born, making some of them easier to care  and some more needy. They can now react to the world around them!

Infant: The New Life Stage



Infancy is a stage where babies learn basic mobility and function. You can help your infant learn how to use these skills by interacting with your baby and objects like the play matt. Gradually, your sims will start to reach milestones that will allow them to discover the world around them! A brand new infant wont be able to explore food in the highchair or eat finger food on their own but as they learn and progress then they will begin to unlock these abilities. 

The milestone tab allows your sims as a parent to track the progression of your baby in an insightful way compared to just seeing a skill bar rising. Tracking their growth and skill building and give you an idea as to what may be next for your infants progression. 



Quirks For Toddlers & Infants:

Now your infants and toddlers have the chance to develop up to 3 quirks to really shape their unique personalities. There will be 18 different quirks for them to gain. You can give 2 infants the same traits in CAS and still have them come out completely unique depending on the quirks they develop throughout your gameplay.

Updated Kids




Explore new aspirations and new ways to learn with updated kid's. Child sims can now learn skills they can carry over with them into their teen years and beyond. No more starting over when kids age up! Earn a limited set of skills as a child sims and get a head start in life! They can even master the skill of riding a bike!

2 types of skill building:

  1. Fundamental skills that are for children's only
  2. Regular skills that you carry over into other life stages




Learn To Ride A Bike


Child sims can now learn how to ride a bike! Once they do, they can begin to use their bike as their method of transportation. Their are 6 new kids bikes with different variants with their own upgrades and accessory like horns and lights!

Bike Features:

  • Adults can teach their child how to ride a bike
  • Child sims may risk falling off the bike and can lose a tooth in the process!
  • 6 different kid's bike various, each with their own accessories and upgrades.


Loosing A Tooth/Tooth Fairy

Teeth can now become lose and fall out. Or if your sim is impatient, they can rip it out instead! once you have a tooth in your inventory you can click on the sims pillow and place the tooth underneath he pillow while she sleeps. When they awake, they will have been visited by the tooth fairy! they will gain a milestone and some money along with a tooth certificate! You can store them in the keepsake boxes!

Friendship Bracelets

You can now certify the importance of your relationship by exchanging friendships bracelets. Bracelets can be exchanged with any sims including family and friends as long as you share a close bond. Exchanging bracelets with another sims in front of one that you have already given a bracelet to, may cause that sims to get jealous! You can also demand your bracelet back if you feel the need!


Confidence & Self Esteem Traits

confidence traits that can fluctuant depending on how much they are succeeding or failing and how their caregiver responds to those actions. For instance being praised or criticized can affect her confidence! low confidence can develop fears for sims. it can affect their day to day. when they age up confidence develops into self esteem and the teen sims will be given a self esteem trait that they will carry for the rest of their lives!

Keepsake Boxes

store mementos in a keepsake box and store for safe keeping. It gives you a sense of meaning to an object that can even make a family heirloom that can be passed on  for generations. 


Treehouses




They tree house is buildable and can be assembled and used in stages. It is completely customizable so you can add additions like a slide! You are able to build it with more than one sim so it can be built in a family activity. Change the lighting, relax in the enclosure and keep simns out by setting the entry rules! No adults allowed!




Once built becomes fully functional. You can also add a decoration state to the treehouse that represents different pretend series for the children to play. They can be a princess in castle or an astronaut. There's an enclosure your sims can relax in! It also serves as the game's latest woohoo location!



Age & Life Stages

 As a part of this pack, the sims team wanted to change the way sims interaction across different age groups by emphasizing cross-age relationships. Discover more things to say and do with sims from different age groups. This includes a platonic family kiss you can share with loved ones from most life stages.

Relationships gain modifiers will also be dependent based off of the age group your sim gets along with most. For instance, child sims will gain relationship faster with other child sims, but slower with teen sims because :teens don't take kids seriously." 


Elder Interaction


They showed elder sims some extra love with his pack, adding elder specific interaction such as remising about lifetime or sharing life lessons with child sims. The child will event gain character value points during these lessons if you have parenthood installed.


Family Dynamics

The family dynamic system allows relationships to grow organically between sims. Just like in real life, everyone gets along different with certain types of people. Do you have a playful relationship with your sibling or do you always argue? The dynamic system can be set it up in CAS or your sims can evolve organically depending on your replay style and patterns. Full lifetimes and memorable milestones and explore the unique ways to interact with one another. Over time you will start to feel the sense that family matters to your sims, creating special and meaningful relationship with each individual sim in comparison to meeting a random NPC in a market stall.

Introducing Characteristics




A whole new level of individuality just came to our game with the introductions of Characteristics. Each characteristic represents a certain personality aesthetic based off of three main components. All sim interaction will now be heavily affected by archetype and sims will act accordingly depending on compatibility with another sim. This also always you to develop closer and more meaning relationship with those your sim has more in common with.

Stays (Visitation)

There is an all new calendar option that allows you to schedule visits with friends or family and allow them to be a guest in your household for a a various amount of time. Sims may ask you to stay over or you can invite them to stay as well. This is useful especially if you need a little extra help around the house or just some company when your sim is having a rough time. 

You can schedule stays for specific reasons and make sure your guest stay on task with various interactions guiding them to help in that specific area like cleaning or watching the children. . sims can ask randomly or you can initiate a stay yourself via the calendar! you can select the length of the stay from 1 to 6 days. Sims will automatically some over and stay the night until the end of their sta. you can find interaction relating to their stay in the pie menu. If you invited them out to help out with a new baby, you can ask them to help with the kids!

Suitcases

Sims can now carry a suitcase and bring it with them when traveling by storing it in their personal inventory. It can be set in the world and used as a dress to change your sim during their stay!


MIDLIFE CRISIS

4 different type of crises

as your sims ages through adulthood, they may suddenly feel like they are missing out on life. Each crisis comes with wants and desires in order to fulfill tat void. However, you may choose  to ignore your sim and make them suffer. What you decide to do will determine the light of your sims crisis. Fulfill the wants in order to shorten the suffering!



New Work/Skill Features:

Rivals

Now your sims can have an arch nemesis at their job. Ever had to work with a "do gooder" or someone who always needs to one up you? Well now you can have those people challenge your sims! There's new work interactions for you to try while you're at your shift. You can choose to work on your rivalry by bettering relationship with her through positive interactions or you can deepen the wounds by tormenting her. Whichever you chose, you will see this relationship develop accordingly.

Lay Offs

The game just got more realistic by introducing lay offs! Your sim's now has a small chance of getting laid off from their job at any given time so make sure your job performance isn't lacking!

Burnout System

If you are going to hard on your sim and making them repeat certain interactions you sim may shut down and require a break from those type of activities. There will be a cool down period to give your sims some rest from being overworked by you!
